Consistency is where the magic happens!
One great week won’t make you healthy. One bad day isn’t the beginning of the end. It’s all of the small, daily decisions we make over a long period of time that build the life we want.
Consistency trumps motivation and willpower. It’s seriously my best piece of advice for anyone on a journey to a better self.
